Our signature contribution is Belonging-Based Facilitation.

Founded on principles of belonging put forward by john a. powell, Belonging-Based Facilitation includes three components: an individual’s felt sense of belonging, a relational imperative to take in or move toward another’s suffering or discomfort, and an institutional or organization response to claims being made to or against it.

We work with organizations and groups who are interested in Intentional Transitions - meaning you wish to shift with accountability - from ‘what’s now,’ to ‘what’s next.’ Transparency matters to you, and you do your best work in the public; in concert with community and those closest to the problem. Your work and your actions are rooted in what you care about. Whether you are experiencing a change in leadership, source of funding, vision, or other condition, you wish to make sure you are moving into the future with responsibility and recognition of past rights and wrongs.

We don’t focus on fixing your organization, rather we help you rebuild your organizational alignment and functioning, by equipping you with strategies, practices and insights needed to move your organization forward. In every session or service we offer, we focus on building analysis, relationships, and skills.

This is what it takes to build belonging.
