The grounds include spaces for reflection, trails for exploring, and a labyrinth for unwinding. Lodging is lovely rustic cabins with shared accommodations for connection with each other and nature. Meals are shared, seasonal, and locally sourced from the valley and Westerbeke Ranch garden. This retreat space is an ideal place for pause, connection, and reflection.
.
If you are a co-leader looking to improve collaboration, decision-making and accountability To support your team’s belonging,
this is the residential retreat for you!
.
At In The Works, we truly believe every group has the skills, tools, and ways of being within them for positive change; but at times need a facilitator to make these clear and to use what they have in new ways. We have found that interaction, connection, and embodiment is transformative in organizations and teamwork that feels “stuck”, to find flow and collaboration again. Leaders need to focus on their collaboration skills, create clarity in processes, and find ways to refill their cup.
We know there are things that get in the way of the incredible work we can accomplish as co-leaderships. Things like:
Limited examples/models for co-leadership that is authentic and deeply collaborative
Underdeveloped practices of accountability, managing conflict and repairs in relationships
Difficulty with supervision - both being supervised and supervising others - while re/building trust
Together, we will explore a variety of models and tools for co-leadership, develop skills, and deepen the trust in our co-leadership relationships. Join us for this interactive residential retreat; themes include:
Your Personal “Why” for Co-Leadership
Groups, Choice & Deciding Together
Connection & Conflict Resolution
Change, Transitions & Good Goodbyes
So What, Now What? From learning to action
We'll see you at Camp!
EARLY BIRD RATE: Apply and schedule team interview by January 31, 2025 for $500 discount per attendee.
Scholarship and payment plans available

This retreat is designed for co-leadership team pairs (2), triads (3), or quads (4) to lead more authentically, envision more clearly, and to decide how to move forward together collaboratively.
Our work centers those too often marginalized, and our curriculum draws on In The Works’ (ITW) values of being Black-liberative, trauma-informed, and anti-racist.
